We’re an OUTSTANDING nursery in Watford, dedicated to providing a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to grow, learn, and thrive. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a dynamic team in your room to create engaging learning experiences
- Supporting children’s development through play, exploration, and fun activities
- Ensuring a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for all little learners
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Bringing energy, creativity, and leadership to our team
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 (or above) in Childcare/Early Years Education
- Previous experience in an early years setting (bonus points if you’ve led a team!)
- A love for storytelling, messy play, and singing out of tune (we don’t judge!)
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for child development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
